Digital Wellbeing for Parents

We support parents through a program that replaces their children’s unsafe or excessive screen time with healthy real world alternatives, building new friendships and social connections.

Are your kids safe online?

How much of their day is lived in front of screens?

By joining the Digital Wellbeing for Parents Program, you’ll:

  • Stop feeling guilty and overwhelmed by the unknown dangers confronting your children

  • Develop skills to avoid family conflict over screen time

  • Create effective boundaries around screen use without policing

  • Regain trust and a better understanding about what really matters to your children

You’ll leave the program with the support and knowledge you need to feel confident that you’re providing a safe environment for your kids to grow up in, without technology affecting their health and wellness as children and as adults.

Why This Matters

Parents are struggling with how to make sure their kids are developing in healthy ways when everything is happening silently online. Sometimes it seems like they’ve turned into different people and you’re worried about what they’re actually doing. It’s too hard to take their devices away, and trying to deal with it on your own often increases stress and conflict within the home.

As a mother of two children, I’ve been through these challenges. Being an experienced IT professional, I thought I knew enough to protect my kids - but it was too late when I found out what they’d really been exposed to.

Why This Is Needed Now

AI has increased the problems still further. It’s not just about Social Media.

Every day, kids are dealing with fake content and fake people. The extreme levels of abuse, violence and bullying are hard for adults to comprehend. Pornography has become normalised and commonplace for kids to watch for entertainment.

Children are left distressed and feeling isolated even when they’re at home, suffering emotional and mental health problems that last into adulthood.

It’s too hard for parents to know what to do without reliable information and a clear, proven system to guide them.

The Digital Wellbeing for Parents Program is not about rejecting technology or telling you how to be a better parent. It’s about getting your kids out of danger and away from the digital toxicity that’s taken away their free and happy childhood.

"“Jane brings a refreshing and very needed paradigm challenge on how to use technology to make lives better and more simplistic, without losing our ‘human-ness’.”
