Shaped by Korean values I've lived and learned from, I'm building a life, and a community, around one idea:
Re-humanising.
Changing the culture of digital addiction, one person at a time.
Driving zero harm for children online.

Re-humanising is a return to who we already are.
It's putting down the screen long enough to notice the person across from you. It's making something with your hands - slowly, because it's rare and it took devotion. The same devotion someone gives an instrument, a sport, a craft, or a life.
It's the warmth of a hand, the smell of a forest or the sound of rain when it hits the roof; the ways our bodies were made to feel, not just to touch a screen.
It's laughing without filming it. It's getting bored, and staying bored, until your mind finally starts to talk to you again.
It's thinking deeply. Pondering. Writing a line of poetry or drawing in a margin. Noticing the small things about the way people tell you how they’re feeling without using words.
It’s believing there's more to us than this body; some sparkle, some mystery, something the soul recognises before the mind does.
This isn't nostalgia, and it isn't anti-technology. It's a way of life for people who feel the infinite in themselves, and want to help the people around them find theirs.
After 30 years building some of Australia and the UK's biggest technology systems, Jane burnt out. She left her career behind to start Re-humanising, and investigate the harder question: what has all this technology actually cost us? She's since become an internationally certified speaker and coach, speaking in New York, Oxford, London, Singapore and across Europe. MSN Magazine awarded her a position in top 10 Trailblazing Women for 2026 and she was a finalist at the 2026 Global Woman Summit in London.
Working on her startup business based in Seoul, South Korea, Jane is applying her Mindful Technology approach to addressing social isolation and digital addiction for young people, families and in the workplace.
